How to purchase a Classroomscreen Organization account

This article walks you through the steps to purchase a Classroomscreen Organization Account for your school or district. You’ll learn what information is required, how to complete the checkout process, and what happens after your purchase is finalized.


Before You Begin

To ensure a smooth purchase, have the following details ready:

  • Number of teacher licenses you need
  • Billing contact information, Organization name, and address
  • Purchase order number (if required by your district)

Step 1: Start the Purchase

Head over the the Classroomscreen 'Schools & Districts' page and click Sign up now or Get a quote depending on how you need to pay.

We recommend the 'Sign up now' route for immediate access to your account - with this option, you can easily proceed with payment using a credit card. Otherwise, if you have to obtain a quote, submit a purchase order, and receive an invoice, access can be delayed.

We can accept wire payments, but no checks are permitted.


Step 2: Enter Your Organization Information

Complete the form with:

  • Organization or district name
  • Billing address
  • Contact email
  • Number of licenses

If you are using a Purchase Order, you can upload the PO or include the number where prompted.


Step 3: Choose Your Payment Method

You can typically choose from:

  • Credit card
  • Invoice / Purchase Order (if supported in your region)

Follow the on-screen instructions for your selected payment method.


Step 4: Review and Confirm

Before submitting:

  • Confirm the license quantity
  • Check your billing details
  • Review the total price

When everything looks correct, click Complete Purchase.


Step 5: After Your Purchase

Once the purchase is complete:

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with your invoice or receipt
  • Your Organization workspace will be activated
  • Admins can begin inviting teachers to join
  • You will have access to onboarding and setup resources

If the invoice doesn't have the information you need, you can start over.
