Update your account details (2026)

Via the Account settings tab, in your Dashboard, you can see which plan you have and make changes to your account (such as updating your language preference or your account information). You can access this information by clicking on the 'Home' icon in the upper left-hand corner of your widget screen. From there, click on the 'settings' button in the bottom left-hand corner of your screen.

Here, you can edit all the important information in your profile (and some preferences as well) - if you let us know what your role is in education, we can provide you with relevant information!

What kind of account do I have?

When you look at the kind of plan you have, at least one of the following four will be displayed:

  • Basic: You have a Basic (free) account.
  • Trial: You have started a (free) 14-day Pro trial, and it'll end automatically.
  • Pro: Your account has been upgraded to Pro, and it'll renew automatically in one year (unless canceled).
  • Organization: You have an Organization account and can Issue And Manage Licenses.
