About this template
Hangman is a classic word-guessing game that challenges players to solve words letter by letter. It's a fantastic way for students to enhance their vocabulary and spelling skills while having a blast.
How to play
Hangman is typically played with one student or the teacher acting as the gamemaster. The gamemaster chooses a word or phrase appropriate for the age and skill level of the players. For younger kids, stick to simple words with fewer letters. The gamemaster draws then a series of blank spaces on the screen, each representing a letter in the word.
The students guess letters one at a time. If the guessed letter is in the word or phrase, fill in the blank space(s) with that letter. If the guessed letter is not in the word, the game master begins drawing parts of the hangman and the scaffold (e.g., head, body, arms, legs).
Students win by guessing all the letters in the word or phrase before the hangman is fully drawn. If the hangman is completed before the word is guessed, the game ends, and the game master wins.
