Creating a new Team is easy. From your dashboard, click the “team picker,” then choose “Create a new team.” You can add a team name, description, and even choose an icon and color for easy recognition. After that, invite colleagues from your organization to start collaborating right away.
You can invite any colleague who has an account within the same organization. This ensures that collaboration stays secure and organized. External users outside your organization cannot be added to your team, keeping your school’s shared materials private and protected.

Yes! You can easily switch between Teams using the “team picker” on your dashboard. With one click, you can move from your personal team to a collaborative team or create a new one. This makes managing multiple classes or departments quick and convenient.
Data security is a key feature of Classroomscreen Teams. All shared content is stored within the organization’s account, not tied to individual users. This structure ensures that your data stays protected and under school ownership, even if staff members come and go.
If your organization account is not renewed, your Teams will appear in a disabled state in the team picker. A warning message will appear to make it clear that your organization no longer has active Teams access. Once re-upgraded, your Teams will be restored with all shared content intact.
