This free classroom job assignment generator is perfect for keeping assignments fair and easy to manage.

How it works

This screen has a Group maker widget with 8 job spots for you to fill in - 6 in a group maker, 2 in seperate randomizers. There are 8 jobs currently included in this template.

Job title Task
⭐️ Line leader Stands at the front of the line and leads the class wherever you go.
✍🏻 Stationary team Helps sharpen pencils, give our required supplies and collecting loose supplies at the end of the school day.
📖 Librarians Helps keep the classroom library organized.
👩‍🏫 Board cleaners Erases the whiteboard at the end of the day. If you change the date or anything like that on the whiteboard, they can do that.
🧹 Clean up crew In charge of cleaning up any spills, keeping common areas tidy and encouraging other students to do the same!
✉️ Errand runners If you need to send anything to the office, they take it for you. If you need anything picked up, they go get it.
🗑️ Trash collectors Makes sure there is no trash on the floor and picks it up if they see it. Can also help with recycling!
💡 Caboose Stands at the back of the line and makes sure no one gets lost.

Click 'Shuffle' and students will automatically be assigned to a random group. If you have tasks that only one student is needed for, they can be selected from the randomizer. Once a task has been completed, it can be ticked off in the checklist.

tip:

Do you want certain students to not be paired up? Simply head to your Name lists to prevent or ensure certain combinations of students - they won't know when you use the widget in the screen!
