Deleting cookies

If you are encountering irregular occurrences in Classroomscreen, sometimes the problem can be solved when moving ahead with the steps below.

note:

After deleting your Cookies, you will always have to login again.

1. Open Chrome

2. At the top right, click More, and then Settings

3. Click Privacy and Security, and then Delete browsing data

4. Check Cookies and other site data

5. Click Delete data

Make sure your browser is fully closed before continuing.

  • Click the X in the top-right corner of the browser window
  • Make sure all browser windows are closed
  • If needed, press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager and ensure the browser is not still running

If the issue still persists, try restarting your device. This can help clear temporary system issues.
