If you sign up with Classroomscreen using an email address and password, you must verify your account. We will send you an email with a 6-digit verification code, that you will need to input when finalizing your account creation. Please check your spam folder if you have not received an email.
note:
It is possible that the email we send is blocked by the spam filters or your firewall. In that case, please contact us so that we can manually verify your account.
You can change your email address by accessing your Account Settings located on the bottom-left corner of the dashboard or by clicking on your name on the upper right-side of the dashboard,
If you change your email address with a Basic account, you will be logged out and lose your current screen as a result.
important:
Ensure that no previous Classroomscreen account has been created using this new email address - if there is one, please delete it.
You will not be able to proceed unless the address you wish to change to is no longer associated with a Classroomscreen account (this action will delete all screens/data).
If you have moved schools or districts, or simply can not access your email anymore, please reach out to our customer support team through our contact page. We will need to confirm your account using either the last four digits of your credit card or a screenshot of the payment (including the purchase amount and date) from your bank account.
