Update your account details

Via the Account Settings section in your Dashboard, you can see which plan you have and make some changes to your account. You can access this information by clicking on the 'Home' icon in the upper left-hand corner of your widget screen. From there, you can either click on Settings button on the bottom-left side of your Dashboard, or click on your name on the upper-right side of the screen and select the Account Settings option from the drop down menu.

Here, you can edit the following account items:

  • Name
  • Photo
  • Email & Password
  • Role, Grade and Subject you teach
  • Preferences (language, hour format, alerts)

In the Subscriptions Settings, you can also check on your plan details and delete your account!

What kind of subscription do I have?

When you look at the kind of plan you have, at least one of the following four will be displayed:

  • Basic: You have a free account with no paid subscription.
  • Trial: You have access to 14 days of Pro for free, and it'll end automatically with no paid subscription.
  • Pro: You have access to a Pro account (either individually or through your school), and as a subscription, it will renew automatically in one year unless canceled.
  • Organization: You have access to an Organization account, and as a subscription, it will renew automatically in one year unless canceled - you can Issue & manage licenses.

Can I change my subscription?

Yes, you can! Head over to your 'Subscription' page and learn more about the management of your plan and its renewal date.
