If you’re experiencing issues with Classroomscreen not loading correctly or not reflecting recent updates, it’s often due to cached data stored in your browser. This article walks you through several ways to clear or bypass the cache and refresh your session, helping ensure you’re viewing the most up-to-date version and that everything runs smoothly again.

Depending on the device and browser you are using, different key actions will need to be used to force the browser to reload the page and skip the cached content.

Before performing the refresh, make sure to unpin your Classroomscreen tab if it is pinned.

On Windows or Linux: Press Ctrl + F5.

On Mac: Press Command (⌘) + Shift + R.

Make sure your browser is fully closed before continuing.

  • Click the X in the top-right corner of the browser window
  • Make sure all browser windows are closed
  • Unpin your browser from your taskbar (you can later pin it again)
  • If needed, press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager and ensure the browser is not still running

If the issue still persists, try restarting your device. This can help clear temporary system issues.

When updates are applied, they may not come through properly if Classroomscreen is installed or pinned as a web app. Unpinning or removing the installed app can help ensure the latest version loads correctly.

If you have pinned Classroomscreen to your taskbar on Windows (Chrome/Edge), please unpin or uninstall the Classroomscreen web app.

  • Right-click the Classroomscreen icon in your taskbar
  • Select “Unpin” or “Unpin from taskbar”

If this does not solve the issue:

  • Open the app
  • Click the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner
  • Select “Uninstall Classroomscreen” or “Remove app”
