How our Embed widget works
Our free Embed widget is user-friendly and efficient, allowing you to bring multimedia presentations and other external tools directly into your Classroomscreen. Whether you’re embedding Google Slides, PowerPoint, or even a Spotify playlist, our widget supports a variety of content to suit your teaching needs.
To get started:
- Select the Embed widget from the widget bar.
- Paste your embed code generated from your chosen tool.
- Instantly display your chosen content on the screen for your students to interact with during your lesson.
Adjust the size of the embedded content to fit your layout perfectly. You can also switch between multiple embeds during the lesson to keep things dynamic and engaging.

You can adjust the size of the embedded content to fit your layout perfectly through dragging the corners out, similar to other widgets in Classroomscreen.

How to embed Powerpoint
1) Save your presentation to OneDrive.com (storing the presentation in a public folder online is what allows you to embed it on a web page).
2) Open your presentation in PowerPoint for the web. On the File tab of the Ribbon, click Share, and then click Embed.
3) To create the HTML code to embed your file in the web page, click Generate.
4) Under Embed Code, right-click the code, click Copy, and then click Close.
5) Paste this code into the Embed widget.

1) Click on the share button of a video.
2) Copy the code in the box at "Embed".
3) Paste this code into the Embed widget.
How to use the Embed widget in your classroom
There are countless ways to use the Embed widget to enhance classroom activities. Add you daily slides, favorite music playlist from Amazon Music to set the tone during activities or embed a Vimeo video for visual explanations. The flexibility of this widget allows you to tailor your teaching resources to your classroom’s needs.
